“From the Sports Department, and with over twenty years of experience at the school, we believe that sport is fundamental for our pupils’ comprehensive education. In all these years we have grown as professionals, as they have as sportspeople. Physical and sporting education has been and will be a very important part of our education in values.

Throughout all these years the school has also evolved a great deal, both in sports facilities, with a football field, new padel courts, and different multi-sports courts, and in sporting projects, participating in different international competitions and sports events throughout the school year.

Through sport and physical activity we encourage the acquisition of habits and our pupils learn to know their own bodies, their own limits, and accept them, though always seeking personal self-improvement. Work and effort is an essential characteristic within physical education, a value which will help them a great deal throughout their lives, without forgetting the fun side of sport.

We also encourage teamwork, collaboration, and co-operation in order to reach one same goal, encouraging respect for others, and valuing the skills and characteristics of each pupil.

At the school, we also want to place particular importance on swimming, and for this reason, it is an activity which is part of the school’s curricular project from 2 to 12 years old.

With all this, the subject of physical education and extracurricular sports provide our pupils with a healthy life and the option of an education rich in values.”“From the Sports Department, and with over twenty years of experience at the school, we believe that sport is fundamental for our pupils’ comprehensive education.
