ASCIS obtains authorisation as an examination centre for the SATs that give access to USA universities
Agora Sant Cugat International School has obtained the official authorisation to be an examination centre for the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT), key for university admission in the United States. In this way, the School obtains exclusivity as an examination centre for Agora Sant Cugat students and students from other schools, showing evidence of its global preparation and international character. Furthermore, Agora Sant Cugat will offer specific training to prepare for the SAT in School or through the Blyth Academy Online Course, part of the largest group of private schools in Canada and a member of the Globeducate Group (previously NACE Schools).
The SAT is an entrance examination accepted by universities in the United States that evaluate the preparation of students for the world of university. The SAT is owned by the College Board, a private non-profit organisation, and is based on the work that students are already doing in class. The exam is then based on the skills and competencies that students have acquired in Baccalaureate and places the focus on the knowledge they will use in university and in the real world.
